I give my consent to request and receive from the credit history bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit History Bureaus (hereinafter – "Bureau"), data and information in the form of summary indicators formed on the basis of information contained in my credit history and/or on the basis of information available from open sources, from third parties, using calculation models available to the Bureau, as well as on the use of this information by the owner and/or third parties to determine and offers to me by the owner in the personal account on the website, marketing / special offers (financial limits) for the purchase of goods and / or services.
We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. 1. These Rules are a contract of accession within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Use of the User's personal data
1. The information specified by the User in the questionnaire (full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, e-mail, postal address, etc.) is his personal data. The user's personal data is confidential information, the collection and further processing of personal data is carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.
2. By agreeing to these rules, the User voluntarily provides the organizer with the personal data specified in the questionnaire for registration in the information system. The user also consents to the use of his personal data for processing orders for the purchase of the organizer's goods, receiving advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles, and other information about the organizer's activities (commercial partners). The user is also granted other rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
6. The user's questionnaire is not accepted by the organizer in case of incorrect data filling.
7. The organizer undertakes to inform the user about his opportunities and rewards in time, but is not responsible for messages that were not delivered to the user as a result of circumstances independent of the organizer.
8. The User grants the Organizer the right to send him any commercial and/or informational information about consumer offers by mail, e-mail, phone and/or SMS.
9. the user's data specified in the questionnaire is confidential. The responsible persons of the organizer and the user themselves have access to the data, and these data can also be provided at the request of law enforcement and/ or other authorities in accordance with the current legislation.
The user is responsible for the inaccuracy of the data in the personal data questionnaire.
